1. What are your three biggest STRENGTHs and how do they help you in life?

Recognizing your strengths is essential for personal growth. Whether it’s creativity, empathy, or resilience, understanding how these traits shape your decisions and interactions helps you leverage them in difficult situations. Your strengths are your personal superpowers!

2. What is your greatest weakness and how is it holding you back?

We all have areas where we struggle. Identifying your greatest weakness — whether it’s procrastination, lack of confidence, or fear of failure — allows you to focus on growth and self-improvement.

3. What is your dream? What dream did you have as a child?

Your dreams shape your purpose. Reflect on the dreams you had as a child and ask yourself: Do they still resonate? Reconnecting with those aspirations can reignite your passion.

4. Are you currently on the path to achieving that dream? What’s holding you back?

Identify the barriers standing between you and your dream. Are they external, like finances or time, or internal, such as fear and self-doubt? Knowing this is the first step to overcoming them.

5. How happy are you, in percentage, with the following areas of your life?

6. Are any of the areas above under 70% for more than 3 months now? What’s stopping you from making a change?

If certain areas score less than 70%, it’s time to ask why. What’s keeping you from taking action? Fear, comfort zones, or external pressures? Identifying the root cause allows for a shift in mindset. Being honest about your satisfaction levels in different areas of life helps you prioritize where changes are needed. It’s important to know, that most of the time you won’t be at 70-100% in every area. But if you’re for example at 20% happiness in your job for 4 years now, don’t you think a new job or a completely new career direction would be a good idea? Don’t let anything stop you from being happy – you deserve to find joy!

7. What are your top three core values?

Your core values are the principles guiding your decisions. Honesty, kindness, or ambition? By identifying your top values, you can make choices that align with your true self.

Reflect on the last month and list the things that brought you real happiness. These moments help you understand what truly matters and where you should invest your energy.

9. What would you do if you had no fear of failure and could undo any actions you didn’t like?

Fear often holds us back. Whether it’s starting a business, traveling the world, or pursuing a creative passion, imagining a life without fear can give you the courage to take the first step.

Good to know: Elder generations, looking back on their lives, often say that their biggest regret is not having taken more risks.

10. What people, ideas, or experiences inspire you to be your best version?

Think about who or what motivates you. Maybe it’s a mentor, a piece of art, or a challenging experience. These sources of inspiration push you toward growth.

11. Who in your life is not good for you and why?

Toxic relationships drain our energy. If there are people in your life who consistently make you feel bad, ask yourself what’s keeping you from letting go. Sometimes, it’s about setting boundaries.

Reflecting on past struggles shows you how resilient you are. These moments offer valuable lessons and help you see the strength you possess.

For example: “Covid got me depressed. But if I have to see it positively, it also gave me the chance to work from home and focus on the people I love” or “The end of this relationship left me with a big heartbreak, that I’ve suffered from for months. But only because of this breakup, I am with my new partner right now, and he is all I could’ve ever wanted. I’m happy it didn’t work out with the other one.”
